Principal :
Dr. Rajamani , M.E.,Ph.D.,
has joined as the Principal of this college on 10.06.2008. He has
completed his undergraduate programme in Electronics and
Communication from National Engineering College, Kovilpatti, in the
year 1990 and post graduation in Applied Electronics from Govt.
College of Technology, Coimbatore in the year 1995 and doctoral
degree in Electronics Engineering from the Institute of Technology,
Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi in the year 1999. He has started
his career as a lecturer in the year 1993 at Mohamed Sathak
Engineering College, Kilakarai, Ramanathapuram. For the past 12
years he has been actively engaged in doing research in the area of
optoelectronic devices for future optical communication systems. He
is an active member of the reviewer panel of the Science
publication. He is the member of board of studies-ECE of Anna
University Coimbatore and also served as syllabus sub committee
member for the faculty of information and Communication Engg. of
Anna University, Chennai in the year 2003-2006. He has served as the
expert committee member and organizing committee for various
conferences conducted by reputed colleges. He has successfully
completed one AICTE research project under RPS scheme in the year
2007-2008. He has published more than 40 research papers in the
reputed International journals and conferences. His area of research
includes nano electronics, optical communication and its components
and Image processing.
